The Arborist Gin is vapor-path distilled to maintain our favorite qualities of traditional gin while exploring the nuances of contemporary tastes. Using fourteen different botanicals, we create a layered palate with light juniper on top, followed by bright citrus and spice notes, and ending in a clean, peppery finish. The Arborist Gin’s robust profile performs well in strongly-flavored cocktails such as those with tonic or ginger, as well as in lighter drinks and has been recognized as a premier spirit in competition, including a gold medal in the 2020 Fifty Best gin tasting and a gold medal in the 2023 SF World Spirits Competition.

  • 1.5 oz Ginger infused Arborist Gin
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple gomme syrup
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 2 dashes of Tiki bitters
  • 2 oz Ginger beer
  • Nutmeg

~Shake gin, pineapple gomme, lime, and bitters. Strain into copper mug or rocks glass. Grate nutmeg on top.

  • 1.5 oz The Arborist Gin
  • 0.5 oz Chamomile infused dry vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup
  • 3-4 drops of Calabrian chili oil

~Shake gin, vermouth, lemon, and honey. Double strain into coupe glass. Drop Calabrian chili oil on top.
