Orders & purchasing
This website uses a third party service Accelpay for distilled spirits purchases. When a customer purchases a product on this website they are appointing Accelpay as an agent to place the order with a licensed third party retailer. Each retailer may sell and deliver only to those states which they are legally allowed to sell and make deliveries of distilled spirits.
The specific retailer is chosen based on the lowest total cost to the customer at time of checkout. Upon completing check-out customers will receive confirmation of the retailer selected to fulfill the order.
Product Availability
Products and services are available based on participating retailer inventory, geographic region, and legal jurisdiction. Every effort is made to display accurate availability and inventory based on up to date information from third-party retailers.
Refunds & Returns
Product refunds and returns are the responsibility of the individual licensed third party retailers. Please contact the individual retailer to confirm their policy and arrange for any refund or return.
In many legal jurisdictions it is illegal for retailers to process refunds or accept returns for alcoholic beverages. In some cases refunds and returns are allowed only for damaged or defective products. Contact the individual retailers for confirmation of their policy and process.
Delivery & Shipping
Licensed third party retailers are responsible for arranging delivery and shipping. In most cases orders are processed within one day and shipped with standard ground shipping from the retailer’s physical location. If any questions or concerns arise please contact the retailer listed in the order confirmation.
Alcohol deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes and must be received by an adult age 21 or older at the time of delivery. Please have proper identification and be prepared to sign for delivery.
