Spilt clarified milk punch is a collaborative project between New Alchemy Distilling and the Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese company. The original recipe was developed by bartenders with the Thomas Keller restaurant group – a clarified milk punch loosely based on a Ramos fizz. Our recipe includes six ingredients of the highest quality including Fleurette gin, house-made citrus amaro, fresh orange and lemon juices, Bergamot tea, and clarified milk.

Spilt involves upcycling the clarified milk from the Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese company. 5% of profits go to supporting the Marin Agricultural Land Trust (MALT) which ensures that the local ecology is preserved for native species and watersheds.

Spilt is best enjoyed shaken and served over ice in a low-ball glass. This refreshing cocktail is bright and citrusy with a rich, creamy mouthfeel.
